Instructions:

1. Read the following article which discusses 10 different Stoic Exercises and select one exercise to experiment with and apply, that you feel could be beneficial in your life:

4. Present one quote from a Stoic Philosopher that relates to, explains or reinforces why this exercise is worth doing and can be valuable in your life.
